INJECTOR SHAFT CLEANING BRUSH SET MODULE 1, 18 pcs
Universal set used to clean the sides and base of the injector shaft.
Before an injector is installed, it is essential the shaft and base are clean and corrosion free allowing the new copper washer and injector to seal tightly.
A sealing plug is placed into the nozzle hole preventing debris entering the cylinder. Using the brush holder & flexible shaft in a drill, one of the 5 cleaning brushes (18-26mm) is used to remove corrosion from the sides of the shaft. A base brush is then used to clean the seat face. Debris is removed with a vacuum or compressed air and the sealing plug removed.
